SOUTH FLORIDA SUPER BOWL XLI HOST COMMITTEE
TRAINING

Volunteers are the first point of contact greeting thousands of Super Bowl guests, NFL staff, sponsors, clients of sponsors, NFC and AFC teams and media to the warm, sunny destinations of South Florida.

To help answer thousands of questions visitors might have when they embark upon our area for the 2007 game, the South Florida Super Bowl Host Committee created a Volunteer Training component including a series of training sessions covering the following topics:

• Host Committee Mission Statement
• Host Committee Leadership
• Fun things to do in South Florida
• Ambassador Guidelines
• Media
• Emergency Procedures
• Medical Assistance
• Ambassador Resources
• Event Descriptions
• Customer Service Tips
• Communication Tips

Each volunteer is required to attend ONE Host Committee training session and the general Volunteer Orientation on Saturday, January 20, 2007 at Calder Race Track. Failure to attend the required training sessions, may forfeit all volunteer participation in Super Bowl XLI and affiliation with the South Florida Super Bowl Host Committee. You will be required to complete a training agreement form, veryifying your participation.

Enter Dolphin Stadium property at Gate 4. The security guard at Gate 4 will provide further parking directions.



                              VOLUNTEER ORIENTATION

You are invited to the South Florida Super Bowl XLI Host Committee Volunteer Orientation. Come join the fun as we distribute Host Committee uniforms, credentials, NFL Experience Built By The Home Depot tickets, parking passes and volunteer schedules. Also enjoy winning prizes and meeting NFL players and cheerleaders.

                  Volunteer may come at any time between 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. to pick up Host   

                  Committee Uniforms and packets

PARKING: Enter Calder Race Course through the main entrance. Park on the South side of  

                  Calder Race Course - look for Host Committee signage.
